Supply of Engineering Equipment Spares for Generators, Pionjar Drills and Engines

303 Spares Depot Electrical and Mechanical Engineers, Lahore Cantonment, invites firms to supply engineering equipment spares under IT No 10 Engr Eqpt for FY 2026-27. The requirement supports generators, diesel engines, Pionjar drilling machines, pumping equipment and associated electrical and mechanical assemblies. Bidders should study the attached Excel schedule and the detailed IT documents before preparing offers. Mandatory item schedule: Sr 1 to 12 covers generator sets, filters, belts, gauges, fuel assemblies, panels and engine accessories; Sr 13 to 240 covers Pionjar drill components and assemblies; Sr 241 to 365 covers OBM engine and generator parts; Sr 366 to 736 covers generator, Perkins, John Deere and related engine components; Sr 737 to 824 covers additional generator and engine spares; and Sr 825 to 1001 covers circuit breakers, engine parts, Pionjar items, pumping equipment and associated components. Each schedule line requires the stated part number, nomenclature, quantity, unit, make or model, spare type, brand and country of origin. Quantities are generally one or four or five Nos, with other quantities and sets as printed in the attached schedule. Technical and commercial proposals must follow the single-stage two-envelope procedure. Separate technical proposals are required for each IT. Mark envelopes clearly as FINANCIAL PROPOSALS and TECHNICAL PROPOSALS, and provide a separate CD containing the commercial offer. Firms must submit tax registration, filer evidence, relevant experience, past performance, source-of-procurement documentation, OEM or authorized dealership evidence where applicable, import documents, brochures and signed and stamped records. Advance samples may be required. The bid security is **Rs 1.00 Million** through CDR in favour of Commandant 303 Spares Depot EME.
