Tender Description
Defence Complex Islamabad invites sealed quotations from suppliers for the supply of various English Rose plants including Black Tiger, Golden Celebration, Perfect, and Multi Chip varieties. The quantities range from 575 to 750 plants/pots per variety, all in 12 inch pots.
Quotations must be submitted in sealed envelopes by 1200 hours on 22 December 2025. The bid opening will take place at 1230 hours the same day. A pre-bid meeting is available on request. The procurement aims to enhance the landscaping with quality rose plants at the Defence Complex premises.
