Enhancement of Agriculture Productivity Through Water Management Schemes in Duki PSDF 2026-27

The Deputy Director Agriculture OFWM Duki invites sealed tenders/bids from eligible bidders for execution of work(s) under the following PSDF scheme for the years 2026-27 based on Balochistan Composite Schedule of Rates 2026. The tender fee is Rs. 1,000/- in shape of Green Challan form deposited in head of account (Agric: Receipt) A/c No. (C03136) E/Money 2% of tender cost in shape of Call Deposit and time limit completion of work is 30-06-2027. Items being procured: - Enhancement of Agriculture Productivity Through Water Management Schemes in Duki PSDF NO.101(Z2026.4108) 2026-27 The procurement shall be made under BPPRA Rules 2014. Eligibility criteria include presence in Active Tax Payer List, no blacklisting by any procuring agency of Pakistan, Balochistan Revenue Authority registration, completion of 3 assignments of similar nature with a turnover of at least 138,632,727 PKR in 3 subsequent years, PEC C-4 and above (up to 200 million) in relevant category, and specialization code CE04(i) for Dams/Water Retaining Structures, CE09(ii) for Water Supply, CE10(i) for General Civil Engineering Works, EE11(vi) for Solar Installation. Income Tax Registration certificate and bidding firm tax returns for 2023-24, 2024-25 & 2025-26 are mandatory. Audit Report / Audit Balance Sheet of FY 2023-24, 2024-25 & 2025-26 must be submitted. Latest Bank credit line certificate not older than July 2026 is required. The bidding firm must submit tender fee on green challan, and bid security in form of Bank Guarantee or Deposit at Call from scheduled bank. The contractor must be authorized dealer/distributor of reputed Solar Panel (Chinese brand) and Submersible Pump with performance warranties. One year warranty for items and 10 years performance warranty for solar panels with 90% efficiency and 25 years performance warranty of 80% efficiency are required. The last date of bid submission is 31 August 2026 at 10:00 AM through supplier dashboard. Tender opening will be on the same day at 11:00 AM on EPPS System.
