Enhancement of Data Centre Facility Components at DR Site Sargodha

The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA), Ministry of Interior & Narcotics Control, Government of Pakistan, invites sealed electronic bids from eligible bidders registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Authorities and listed on the Active Tax Payers List (ATL) with full compliance of the FBR. This procurement concerns the enhancement of Data Centre Facility Components at the Disaster Recovery (DR) Site located in Sargodha. Items being procured: - Enhancement of Data Centre Facility Components at DR Site Sargodha The procurement will follow the Single Stage-Two Envelope method with Lowest Cost Based Selection (LCBS) evaluation in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004, and any applicable regulations, guidelines, or instructions issued by NADRA. A Pre-Bid Meeting is scheduled for 11th November 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Procurement Department, Headquarters NADRA, G-5/2 Islamabad. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security in the form of Bank Draft, CDR, Pay Order, or Bank Guarantee and submitted on or before Thursday, 19th November 2026 at 11:00 AM. Bids are to be submitted electronically through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 portal at https://epads.gov.pk/opportunities/federal/procurements/P187686. Manual submissions will not be entertained. Bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM using EPADS v2.0. Eligible bidders must ensure registration on EPADS v2.0 to participate. NADRA reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per Rule 45 of the Public Procurement Rules 2026. Bidders are advised to ensure timely submission as NADRA will not be responsible for any technical issues related to the bidder's module on EPADS.
