Enterprise Hardware Servers for LESCO Data Center

Lahore Electric Supply Company (LESCO) invites sealed e-bids through E-PADs on National Competitive Bidding (NCB) basis from reputed firms and vendors registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments. The procurement is for Enterprise Hardware Servers for the LESCO Data Center. The bidding process is conducted through E-PADs on a National Competitive Bidding basis, financed under LESCO's local funds on FCS basis. Delivery is to be made at the Consignee's Stores at Chief (IT) Officer, 132 KV Ghazi Grid Station Barki Road Lahore. Items being procured: - Enterprise Hardware Servers for LESCO Data Center (Quantity: 06) Bidding documents include specifications, drawings, procurement procedure, bid bond/security, performance guarantee, bid validity, bid opening, evaluation criteria, classification/rejection of bids, and performance guarantee details. These documents are available on E-PADs at www.eprocure.gov.pk and LESCO's website till one day before the tender opening date. Bidding documents can also be downloaded from www.ppra.gov.pk, www.eprocure.gov.pk, and www.lesco.gov.pk. Electronic bids must be prepared as per instructions in the bidding documents and submitted/uploaded on the E-PADs portal. Only the Bid Bond/Guarantee must be submitted in hard copy to the Chief Engineer (Material Management) LESCO HQ, 3rd Floor, Room No. 312, 22-A Queens Road, Lahore before the deadline. Bids will be opened through E-PADs on the same date and time as specified.
