Purchase of Enterprise Level Manageable Layer-2 Switches

The Ministry of Interior and Narcotics Control, through its Headquarters NADRA in Islamabad, is inviting bids for the purchase of Enterprise Level Manageable Layer-2 Switches. This procurement is aimed at enhancing the network infrastructure of NADRA with advanced Layer-2 switching equipment. Items being procured: - Enterprise Level Manageable Layer-2 Switches The technical scope involves supply of high-quality Layer-2 switches suitable for enterprise network management. Bidders must ensure compliance with the specifications and requirements as detailed in the e-bidding documents available on the EPADS platform. The procurement will be conducted under the Single Stage-Two Envelope method, ensuring a transparent and competitive bidding process. Eligible bidders must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax authorities and appear on the Active Tax Payers List (ATL) of the FBR. Submission of a Bid Security in the form of Bank Draft, Pay Order, or Bank Guarantee is mandatory. Vendors must also provide hard copies of NTN Certificate, Sales Tax Registration proof, Business Registration Proof, and a non-blacklisting undertaking on company letterhead. The pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 12th August 2026 at 14:00 hours at the Procurement Department, HQ NADRA, G-5/2, Islamabad. The last date for bid submission is Thursday, 20th August 2026 by 11:00 AM through the EPADS v2.0 system. Bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM. Manual submissions will not be entertained.
