Procurement of EPADS v2.0 Upgraded System for PTA Headquarters Islamabad CWD Teams

Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) invites sealed bids from eligible firms for the procurement of the upgraded EPADS v2.0 (E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System) for its headquarters in Islamabad, specifically for use by CWD teams. The procurement will be conducted under the Single Stage One Envelope procedure using the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) method as per Public Procurement Rules, 2004. Items being procured: - EPADS v2.0 Upgraded System (E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System) for CWD Teams The technical scope includes the supply, installation, and commissioning of the upgraded EPADS v2.0 system, which is designed to enhance the automation and efficiency of acquisition and disposal processes within PTA. Bidders must ensure that the offered system meets all technical specifications as outlined in the bidding documents. The solution should be robust, user-friendly, and compatible with PTA's operational requirements. Eligible bidders must be registered with FBR and appear on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). Firms should have relevant experience in providing IT solutions of similar scale and complexity. Earnest Money in the form of a Bid Securing Declaration is required as per the rules. Sealed bids must be submitted to the Assistant Director (Procurement), PTA Headquarters, F-5/1, Islamabad, by 13 October 2026 at 11:30 AM. Bids will be opened on the same day.
