Tender Description
The Environmental Protection Agency Khyber Pakhtunkhwa is inviting proposals from reputable firms for the procurement of high-quality equipment required for the conversion of conventional brick kilns to Zigzag Technology. This initiative aims to modernize brick kiln operations in Peshawar and surrounding areas, ensuring compliance with environmental standards and improving fuel efficiency. The department seeks experienced firms with a proven track record in similar assignments and valid PEC/KPRA registration, as well as active taxpayer status.
Items being procured:
- Equipment for conversion of conventional brick kilns to Zigzag Technology (specific item list not provided in the notice).
The technical scope involves supplying, installing, and commissioning equipment that enables the transformation of traditional brick kilns into the more efficient and environmentally friendly Zigzag configuration. Firms must ensure that all supplied equipment meets the required technical specifications and is suitable for local operational conditions. The project is based in Peshawar, and all works must comply with the relevant procurement and environmental regulations.
Eligible bidders must register on the EPADS portal and submit both technical and financial proposals through EPADS and in hard copy by 09/09/2026 at 10:30 AM. Only proposals submitted through both prescribed modes will be accepted. Technical proposals will be opened publicly on 09/09/2026 at 11:00 AM. Proposals must be duly signed and stamped by an authorized representative of the firm. All applicable federal and provincial duties, taxes, and KPRA taxes will be deducted as per rules. Incomplete or conditional proposals will not be entertained. The competent authority reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
