Equipment for Student Training PRUP

Bahria University Islamabad Capital Territory is procuring specialized equipment for student training under the PRUP program for the financial year 2026-27. The procurement includes high-quality items such as Sony A7iii mirrorless digital camera bodies, dual fast battery chargers compatible with multiple Sony Alpha models, NP-FZ100 rechargeable lithium-ion batteries, Sigma 24-70mm f/2.8 DG DN II Art lenses, podcast microphone setups including RODE PodMic USB and XLR dynamic broadcast microphones, iPhone 16 Pro Max JV (256GB) mobile phones, and 360° mobile tripods. All items come with a one-year warranty and are to be delivered to the E-8 Islamabad location within 30 days. The technical scope requires bidders to supply brand new, undamaged equipment conforming to the detailed specifications and performance parameters outlined in the bidding documents. Certificates of origin, warranty, and inspection reports will be required. Bidders must be registered with FBR, possess relevant PEC categories if applicable, and demonstrate experience in supplying similar goods. Joint ventures are not allowed for this procurement. The submission deadline is Friday, June 19, 2026, at 11:00 AM via the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 platform. Manual submissions are not accepted.
