Procurement of Enterprise Resource Planning ERP Software Services for PMDC Islamabad

Pakistan Medical and Dental Council (PMDC) invites bids for the procurement of Enterprise Resource Planning ERP Software Services at its headquarters in Islamabad. The contract duration is set for three years from the date of award letter issuance. Bidders must possess a valid NTN, Sales Tax Number, and be listed as active taxpayers with FBR. Items being procured: - Enterprise Resource Planning ERP Software Services (three-year contract) The technical scope includes the provision, implementation, and support of ERP software tailored to the operational needs of PMDC. The successful bidder will be responsible for ensuring seamless integration, data migration, and ongoing technical support throughout the contract period. The procurement will be conducted under National Competitive Bidding using the Single Stage Two Envelopes procedure, as per PPRA 2004 rules. Interested firms must obtain the Request for Proposal documents from PMDC or download them via the E-PADS portal at www.eprocure.gov.pk. Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of PKR 500,000 in the form of pay order, demand draft, call deposit, or banker's cheque in favour of Pakistan Medical and Dental Council. The original bid security must reach PMDC G-10/4, Islamabad, on or before 10:30 am on the closing date, 21st August 2026. A pre-bid meeting will be held at PMDC Mauve Area G-10/4, Islamabad, on 12th August 2026 at 10:00 am. Electronic bids must be submitted via EPADS by the deadline. Manual bids will not be accepted. Electronic bids will be opened the same day at 11:00 am. Bidders are advised to ensure their FBR/ATL status is active and to prepare all technical and financial documents in accordance with the RFP requirements.
