Procurement of 60 Licenses of ESET Multi Device Internet Security Pack for Bahria University Islamabad

Bahria University Islamabad invites sealed bids for the procurement of 60 licenses of ESET Multi Device Internet Security Pack for its Head Office located in Sector E-8, Islamabad. This procurement is open to GST registered firms and suppliers. The items being procured are: - ESET Home Security Essential 5U 1Y (Quantity: 60) The detailed specifications and scope of work are provided in the bidding documents, which can be downloaded from the E-PADs portal or obtained upon submission of a written application on the firm's letterhead mentioning the NTN number. A non-refundable payment of Rs. 3,000/- must be made via Pay Order or Demand Draft in favor of Bahria University Islamabad. The payment and document collection are to be done from the Office of AD Procurement, Room No. 15, Basement Quaid Block, Bahria University Head Office, Sector E-8, Islamabad between 0900 to 1530 hours, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays. The bidding process follows a Single Stage - Two Envelope procedure. Sealed bids must reach the Office of AD Procurement by 15 September 2026 at 1100 hrs. The hard copy of the uploaded document along with a bid security of Rs. 35,400/- (in original) must be deposited before the deadline. Technical bids will be opened on the same day at 1130 hours in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Conditional or incomplete bids will be considered non-responsive. The bid security must be submitted in the form of a Pay Order. Bidders are advised to carefully follow the submission instructions and ensure timely delivery of bids.
