Tender Description
Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA) Karachi is offering a business opportunity for registered companies, joint ventures, firms, or sole proprietors to establish, operate, and maintain two (02) refreshment and gift shops. These shops will each measure 205 square feet and be located inside the Domestic Departure Satellite of Jinnah Terminal at Jinnah International Airport, Karachi.
Items being procured:
- Establish, Operate and Maintain Two (02) Refreshment and Gift Shops, each measuring 205 Square Feet (each) inside Domestic Departure Satellite of Jinnah Terminal, JIAP Karachi
This concession is offered for a license period of five (05) years or until outsourcing of the airport, whichever is earlier. The reserve price for the concession is Rs. 2,122,340 per month. The scope includes full operation and maintenance of the shops, ensuring quality service and compliance with airport regulations.
Eligible bidders must be registered companies or firms with valid credentials as per PAA requirements. The tender process follows a single stage, two-envelope basis including technical and financial offers. Earnest Money and tender fee of Rs. 5,000 (non-refundable) are required. Interested parties should ensure compliance with all tender terms and conditions.
The last date to purchase tender documents is 27-07-2026. Submission of bids is scheduled for 28-07-2026 at 1100 hrs in the Main Conference Room (Room No. 6035) at Level-VI, Jinnah Terminal, JIAP Karachi. Opening of bids will follow at 1130 hrs the same day and venue.
