Establish Operate and Maintain Sweet and Bakers Shops at Jinnah International Airport Karachi

Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA) Karachi is inviting bids for the concession to establish, operate and maintain sweet and bakers shops at Jinnah International Airport Karachi. This opportunity is specifically for operating five shops located in the International Departure Area, each shop measuring approximately 1300 sqft inside the corridor leading towards the walkway of Jinnah Terminal Level-VI. The concession period is for five years or until outsourcing, with a 10% annual enhancement on the cumulative basis during subsequent years. Items being procured: - Establish, Operate and Maintain Sweet and Bakers Main Five (05) Shops on space measuring 1300 sqft each The technical scope includes managing the shops within the airport premises, ensuring quality service and compliance with airport regulations. The concessionaire must have a good reputation, sound financial background, and relevant experience. The technical evaluation will carry 80% weightage. Bidders must provide Earnest Money in the form of a Pay Order or Demand Draft of Rs. 5,000 as the tender document fee. Advance Income Tax will be deducted as per Section 236-A of the Income Tax Ordinance 2001. Defaulters of PAA dues are not eligible to participate. Late, ambiguous, or conditional tenders will be rejected. The tender documents must be submitted in two sealed envelopes marked Technical Offer and Financial Offer, placed in one envelope and dropped in the designated box at the Main Conference Room (Room No.6035) Level-VI, Jinnah Terminal, JIAP Karachi by 23 July 2026 at 11:00 hrs. Technical bids will be opened half an hour after submission in the presence of bidders. No tender documents will be sold on the last day of submission.
