Establishment of Computer Labs in Government Colleges - ETEA CSR Funding Initiatives

The Higher Education Department Peshawar, through its Project Management Unit, invites sealed bids under National Competitive Bidding (NCB) for the establishment of computer labs in government colleges as part of the ETEA CSR Funding Initiatives. This procurement targets well-reputed manufacturers, firms, or their authorized dealers registered with income and sales tax authorities and the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority. Items being procured: - Computer Labs establishment equipment and related items (specific quantities and detailed list available in bidding documents). The scope includes supplying and installing computer lab equipment in government colleges across the region, ensuring compliance with technical specifications and quality standards. Bidders must be registered with relevant tax authorities and have the capacity to deliver and install the required equipment. Bidding will follow the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure as per KPPRA Rules 2014. Bidding documents, detailed descriptions, and item quantities can be downloaded from the official Higher Education Department E-PADS website https://eprocure.gov.pk/ and KPPRA website www.gov.kppra.pk. Bids must be submitted electronically via E-PADS before the deadline of 28/08/2026 at 03:00 PM. The bid opening will occur the same day at 03:30 PM in the Committee room of the Higher Education Department Civil Secretariat Peshawar. Late submissions will not be entertained. A bid security of 2% of the total quoted bid value in the form of Demand Draft or Call Deposit Receipt is mandatory. Rates should be quoted in Pakistani Rupees on a FOR basis inclusive of all applicable taxes and valid until 30th June 2028. The department reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per Rule 47 of KPPRA Procurement Rules 2014.
