Establishment of Computer Labs in Government Colleges - ETEA CSR Funding Initiatives

The Higher Education Department Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites sealed bids under National Competitive Bidding (NCB) for the establishment of computer labs in government colleges as part of the ETEA CSR Funding Initiatives. This procurement is aimed at enhancing educational infrastructure by equipping colleges with modern computer labs to support students' learning and digital literacy in Peshawar. Items being procured: - Computer Labs establishment equipment and related items as detailed in bidding documents The technical scope includes supplying, installing, and commissioning computer lab equipment at various government colleges. Bidders must be well-reputed manufacturers, firms, or authorized dealers registered with income and sales tax authorities and the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority. The bidding process follows the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure as per KPPRA Rules-2014. Bidding documents and detailed item descriptions can be downloaded from the Higher Education Department's E-PADS portal at https://eprocure.gov.pk/ and the KPPRA official website www.gov.kppra.pk. Bids must be submitted electronically via E-PADS before the deadline of 28th August 2026 at 03:00 PM. The bids will be opened the same day at 03:30 PM in the Committee room of the Higher Education Department, Civil Secretariat, Peshawar. Bid security of 2% of the total quoted bid value is mandatory in the form of Demand Draft or Call Deposit Receipt in favor of the undersigned. Rates should be quoted in Pakistani Rupees on a FOR basis inclusive of all applicable taxes and valid until 30th June 2028. Bidders must be registered with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority and offer the most competitive lowest rates as no negotiations will be allowed. The bid validity period is 90 days from the bid opening date. The Director Project Management Unit reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per Rule 47 of KPPRA Procurement Rules 2014. Bidders are advised to carefully review the bidding documents and ensure timely electronic submission to avoid disqualification.
