Establishment and Construction of GPS Johar Tehsil Barang in District Bajaur

The Communication & Works Department Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites electronic bids from eligible firms and contractors for the establishment and construction of GPS Johar located in Tehsil Barang, District Bajaur. This procurement is conducted under the Single Stage Single Envelope procedure as per KPPRA Procurement Rules 2014, amended up to 29-10-2025. Items being procured: - Establishment and Construction of GPS Johar The project requires contractors with PEC category C5 and above. The bid security including stamp duty is Rs. 978,960 and the tender fee is Rs. 14,090 payable in cash. The period of completion will be as per the work order issued by the department. Bidders must provide performance security or bank guarantee equal to 10% of the contract price within 28 days of acceptance. Original call deposit receipts for bid security and tender fee must be included in the technical proposal and submitted before the closing date and time. The financial bid will be opened after approval of technical bids by the competent authority. In case of a tie, the winner will be decided by a toss in the presence of all bidders. Bid solicitation documents and instructions can be downloaded from the EAPDS website (kp.eprocure.gov.pk) or obtained from the office on any working day with a cost of Rs. 3000 as per KPPRA rules. The last date and time for submission of e-bids is 15th October 2026 at 12:30 PM, with the opening of financial bids scheduled for the same day and time.
