Establishment of e-Court, e-Booths and e-Libraries in 35 Sessions Divisions of Baluchistan District Judiciary

The High Court of Balochistan Quetta is inviting sealed tenders from interested contractors and firms for important digital infrastructure projects within the Baluchistan District Judiciary. The procurement is focused on enhancing judicial services through modern technology in Quetta. Items being procured: - Establishment of e-Court and e-Booths of thirty five (35) Sessions Division of Baluchistan District Judiciary under (UDR & JDF) - Establishment of e-Libraries in Thirty Five (35) Sessions Divisions of Baluchistan District Judiciary under (UDR & JDF) These works involve the setup of electronic courtrooms, booths, and digital libraries across 35 sessions divisions, aiming to improve judicial efficiency and access to legal resources. The scope includes installation, configuration, and commissioning of all required hardware and software components at the designated sites. Eligible bidders must be registered firms with FBR (NTN & Sales Tax) and Balochistan Revenue Authority (BRA). They should have a minimum of 3 years relevant experience and provide at least two similar completed project references. Submission of an affidavit of non-blacklisting, financial statements for the last two years, and manufacturer authorization (if applicable) is mandatory. The tender fee is Rs. 5000/- and Earnest Money of 2% of the quoted bid value must be submitted as Call Deposit Receipt or Bank Draft in favor of the Registrar, High Court of Balochistan.
