Tender Description
The District & Sessions Court, Ghotki invites bids for the establishment of one fully equipped E-Library at the Civil Court Building Daharki, Sindh. This procurement includes supply, installation, and commissioning of hardware such as two Core i5 13th Gen computers, a laserjet printer, a dual-band Wi-Fi router/modem, a 50-inch UHD Smart 4K LED TV, furniture including desks and chairs, and a one-year subscription to the Pakistan Law Site. The project is budgeted at PKR 1.199 million and aims to enhance legal research capabilities within the judicial complex.
The scope covers delivery and installation at the designated site in Daharki, with all equipment meeting specified technical standards. The hardware must be of reputed brands like HP, Dell, Samsung, or equivalent, ensuring quality and durability. Installation includes cabling, networking, and necessary accessories. The broadband internet connection will support uninterrupted access to legal databases, critical for court operations.
Bidders must be registered with PEC where applicable, appear on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL), and comply with FBR/SRB registration requirements. The tender demands a minimum financial turnover of PKR 20 million over the last three years and experience with at least three similar projects. Bid security of 2% and performance security of 8% of the contract value are mandatory.
