Tender Description
The District & Sessions Court, Ghotki invites bids for the establishment of one fully equipped E-Library at the Civil Court Building in Mirpur Mathelo, Sindh. This procurement includes supply, installation, and commissioning of hardware such as two Core i5 13th Gen computers, a laserjet printer, a dual-band Wi-Fi router, a 50-inch UHD Smart LED TV, along with furniture including desks and chairs. Additionally, a one-year subscription to the Pakistan Law Site and broadband internet connection will be provided to ensure seamless access to legal resources.
The project site is located in Mirpur Mathelo, requiring careful installation and networking to meet the technical specifications. The hardware and furniture must meet quality standards with brands like HP, Dell, Samsung, and TP-Link or equivalents. Installation includes cabling, electrical extensions, and wall branding. The procurement is funded under the Access to Justice Development Fund for the financial year 2025-26, with an estimated cost of PKR 1.199 million.
Bidders must be registered with PEC where applicable, appear on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL), and comply with FBR and Sindh Revenue Board registration requirements. PEC registration and relevant licenses are mandatory. The tender follows Sindh Public Procurement Rules 2010 (Amended) and requires submission of both technical and financial bids with a 2% bid security and 8% performance security. The bid validity is 90 days, and warranty of at least 12 months onsite is required.
