Tender Description
The District and Sessions Court Karachi East is procuring an E-Library for its annexed corridor at City Court Buildings in District East Karachi. This procurement is for the financial year 2025-26 and involves supply of various IT and office equipment including a Dell Optiplex 7020 computer, Logitech video conferencing system, HP LaserJet printers, TCL 4K Google TVs, laminated table with revolving chair, internet service, law site subscriptions, TP-Link wireless access points, TV stand on wheels, and miscellaneous cables and setup items.
The technical scope covers supply and installation of these items at the Library/Conference Room on the second floor of the District and Sessions Court Karachi East. Bidders must be registered with relevant tax and regulatory authorities, possess experience of at least three years with similar works in district and session courts, and provide evidence of minimum three works of equivalent cost executed in the last three years. Registration with Income Tax Department and Sindh Revenue Board along with CNIC copies is mandatory. Annual turnover should be equal to or twice the estimated cost for the last three years.
