Tender Description
This tender invites bids for the establishment of a fully equipped E-Library at the Taluka Bar Association in Mirpur Mathelo, Ghotki. The District & Sessions Court, Ghotki requires procurement, supply, installation, and commissioning of hardware including two Core i5 13th Gen computers, a laserjet printer, a dual-band Wi-Fi router/modem, a 50" Smart 4K UHD LED TV, furniture comprising two desks and chairs, and a one-year subscription to the Pakistan Law Site. The project also covers installation, networking, cabling, and branding at the designated site.
The scope demands quality IT equipment and furniture meeting specified technical standards, ensuring seamless integration and connectivity within the judicial complex. The site in Ghotki requires careful installation and commissioning to meet operational needs, with a focus on durability and user-friendly setup. Vendors must ensure all items are of equivalent or better quality than specified brands, with a minimum 12-month onsite warranty.
