Establishment of Emergency Services 1122 Complex at Hunza

The Communication & Works Department Gilgit-Baltistan, B&R Division Hunza invites sealed bids under Single Stage-Two Envelope (SSTE) bidding procedure from reputed and experienced Contractors/Firms/UV registered having valid PEC Registration for Current Financial Year 2026-27 with relevant code for the work mentioned below. Items being procured: - Establishment of emergency services 1122 complex at Hunza This project involves the construction of an emergency services complex in Hunza, requiring experienced contractors with PEC CE-10 C-5 & Above category. The estimated cost is Rs. 45,854,434/- with a bid security of Rs. 917,089/-. The tender fee is Rs. 10,000/-. The bid opening is scheduled for 29th September 2026 at 12:30 PM, with submission deadline at 12:00 PM the same day. Bidding documents can be obtained from the office of the undersigned on submission of treasury challan as shown against work (non-refundable) on any working day. Mandatory terms include valid PEC registration for 2026-27, renewal fee receipt of C&WD for CFY 2026-27, valid CNIC of the bidder, bid security in shape of CDR from scheduled bank, no litigation certificates, and submission of all technical bids accompanied by requisite bid security/earnest money. The bids shall be opened on the same day at the prescribed time in presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Only project-specific Power of Attorney executed on judicial stamp paper and attested by a First-Class Magistrate will be accepted. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids/proposals at any time prior to acceptance as per PPRA Rules. Bids must be submitted in the office of the Superintending Engineer C&WD Circle Office Hunza/Nagar before closing date and time.
