Establishment of Genetic Testing Laboratory at Sindh Institute of Child Health and Neonatology

The Sindh Institute of Child Health and Neonatology (SICHN) Karachi invites eligible bidders to participate in the e-bidding process through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposable System (EPADS) for the establishment of a Genetic Testing Laboratory. This procurement is for the fiscal year 2026-27 under the Sindh Public Procurement Rules 2010 (Amended 2019). Items being procured: - Establishment of Genetic Testing Laboratory The scope includes the full setup of a Genetic Testing Laboratory at SICHN, Karachi. Bidders should be prepared to provide all necessary equipment, installation, and commissioning services to ensure the laboratory is fully operational. The project requires compliance with technical specifications and quality standards suitable for a healthcare research and diagnostic facility. Eligible bidders must submit a written application along with a non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 5000 via cash deposit in Sindh Bank account in favor of Sindh Institute of Child Health and Neonatology. Earnest Money of 2% of the bid value is required in the form of Bank Draft, Pay Order, or Call Deposit. Bidders should be registered with FBR and on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). Experience in similar healthcare laboratory projects will be advantageous.
