Establishment of IT Hub / E-Commerce Centre District Killa Saifullah

The Building CWPP&H Department Killa Saifullah invites bids for the establishment of an IT Hub / E-Commerce Centre in District Killa Saifullah for the year 2026 based on the composite schedule rates 2023 on percentage rates. Items being procured: - Establishment of IT Hub / E-Commerce Centre District Killa Saifullah (BSDI-III) This procurement is conducted under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014. Eligible bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Balochistan Revenue Authority and Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) category C-5 and above with a relevant category and specialized code. The bidder must provide a power of attorney or authority letter on Rs. 100/- judicial stamp, attested photocopy of CNIC, and PEC license. The bidder must also provide a call deposit or bank guarantee in favor of the undersigned at 3% of the project cost as bid security. The bidder must have completed at least 3 similar nature works (general buildings and maintenance) equal to 95% or more of the project cost in the last 3 years and must not be blacklisted. Bidders must upload and provide the bid security in the form of bank guarantee or deposit at call of 3% specified above in the name of the undersigned from a scheduled bank. Tender documents including NIT and bidding documents can be obtained and viewed electronically from www.bppra.gob.pk. Bids must be submitted electronically latest by 21 September 2026 at 11:00 AM through the supplier dashboard. All tenders will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM in the Executive Engineer Building CWPP&H Department office, Main City Killa Saifullah.
