Establishment of IT Labs in 38 Middle to High Schools in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa

The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Human Capital Investment Project (KP-HCIP) under the Elementary Secondary Education Department Government of KPK invites sealed bids for the establishment of IT labs in 38 middle to high schools. This project covers schools across Peshawar, Nowshera, Swabi, and Haripur districts. The procurement involves the supply and installation of IT equipment and related electrification and networking works. Items being procured: - IT Equipment for 38 schools - Electrification and Networking for 38 schools The scope includes delivering and installing IT labs fully equipped with necessary hardware and networking infrastructure to enhance educational facilities. Bidders may bid for one or multiple packages divided by district: Package 1 for Peshawar, Package 2 for Nowshera, Package 3 for Swabi, and Package 4 for Haripur. Each package includes IT equipment and electrification & networking components. Eligible bidders must comply with the World Bank's Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers and are required to submit bids accompanied by bid security as specified per package. The bidding document is available for purchase at the project office upon payment of a non-refundable fee of PKR 3000 by cash. Bids must be submitted by 02:00 pm on 2nd October 2026 and will be publicly opened at 02:15 pm the same day. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 02:00 pm on 18th September 2026. Interested bidders should ensure they meet all eligibility criteria including PEC registration and FBR/ATL compliance. Bid security amounts vary by package, for example, PKR 873,000 for IT equipment in Peshawar and PKR 30,000 for electrification and networking in the same package.
