Tender Description
The Comsats University, Islamabad (Principal Seat) invites bids for the establishment of a Lecture Recording Studio at its Virtual Campus located in Islamabad. This procurement is for Non-Consultancy Services involving the supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of studio equipment and related furniture. The procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and will be conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) using a Single Stage One Envelope procedure with Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique.

The scope includes supply and installation of LED 800 Pro Continuous Video LED Lights with RGB and Bi-Color features, a motorized chroma key background system with a 14 feet wide and 16 feet high cyclorama-style curved green fabric, and comprehensive studio acoustics treatment including walls, ceiling, flooring, and acoustic doors. Furniture includes executive revolving chairs and office workstation desks with privacy screens. The vendor must conduct a site survey at the Virtual Campus, H-8 Islamabad, to confirm requirements before quoting.
Eligibility criteria require bidders to be registered on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) and possess the technical and financial capacity to perform the contract. Bid security in the form of Pay Order or Demand Draft is mandatory. Bids must be submitted online via EPADS v2.0 by Tuesday, September 1, 2026, at 11:00 AM, with bid opening on the same day at 11:30 AM. Manual submissions are not accepted. The performance guarantee is 5% of the contract price.
