Establishment of Model Polling Station at ECP Secretariat Islamabad

The Civil-Maintenace Division PMOH, Maintence of Public Buildings Directorate (Capital Development Aurhority (CDA)) Islamabad invites sealed bids for the establishment of a Model Polling Station at the ECP Secretariat Islamabad. This procurement is for the fiscal year 2026-27 and is being conducted through the National Single Stage-One Envelope procedure on the EPADS v2.0 platform. Interested bidders must register on EPADS to participate and submit their bids electronically by the deadline of Monday, October 19, 2026 at 11:30 AM. Manual submissions will not be accepted. Items being procured: - Earthwork excavation in ordinary soil (0.98 P.cum) - Cement concrete plain 1:4:8 (0.49 P.cum) - Pacca brick work in foundation and plinth 1:3 (2.37 P.cum) - Damp proof course of cement concrete 1:2:4 with bitumen coating (4.62 P.Sqm) - Cement concrete plain 1:2:4 (2.02 P.cum) - Cement plaster 1:3 up to 20' height, ½" thick (6.6 P.Sqm) - Deodar wood boarding or strip flooring 3/4" thick (26.7 P.Sqm) - M.S. angle iron edge protector nosing of steps (6.4 P.RM) - M.S. grill fabricated with polished vertical/horizontal bars (3.75 P.Sqm) - Construction and fitting of wall, slab, door, window with handle, hooks, lock etc. of glazed aluminium with tempered glass (63.24 P.Sqm) The scope includes all civil works, finishing, and installation as per the Bill of Quantities and technical specifications. Bidders must comply with PEC registration requirements and provide bid security in the form of Call Deposit or Bid Securing Declaration. The contract will be awarded on the basis of Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS).
