Establishment of Office: Furniture, Glass Partition and Electrification Works

The Urban Sector Planning and Management Services Unit Pvt. Limited is inviting bids under the Single Stage One Envelope bidding procedure from eligible sole proprietors, firms, contractors, constructors or registered companies qualified for eligibility criteria and registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and Income Tax, STRN and PST (PRA) Department. The procurement is conducted in accordance with the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (as amended). The procurement is divided into two LOTs. Bidders may participate for complete items for any or all LOTs. Partial bidding within any LOT is not permitted. The estimated accumulative procurement cost for the subject procurement, comprising both LOTs, is **PKR 3,925,833/-** inclusive of all taxes. Items being procured: - Furniture and Fixture - Glass and electrification work The scope includes establishment of office furniture, installation of glass partitions, and electrification works at the designated site. The procurement requires quality materials and skilled workmanship to meet the office setup standards. The procurement is managed through the Punjab e-Procurement System of Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority only. All interested applicants must register on the Punjab e-Procurement System to be eligible for participation. Bid security amounts are 5% of the estimated cost for each LOT: PKR 142,128 for Furniture and Fixture, and PKR 54,163 for Glass and electrification work. The deadline for submitting bids is **30th October, 2026 till 11:00 A.M.** The bid opening will take place at **11:30 A.M.** on the same day through Punjab e-Procurement System.
