Establishment of Online Examination System for Federal Medical College

Federal Medical College (FMC) Islamabad invites E-Bids from reputed firms, suppliers, and distributors registered with FBR for the establishment of an Online Examination System for the Financial Year 2026-27 through EPADS 2.0. Items being procured: - Establishment of Online Examination System The procurement will be conducted in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules. Bidders must submit proposals following Rule 36 (b) of PPRA Rules, 2004, using the Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure. Technical bids will be opened in the presence of bidders and committee members. Tender documents containing detailed information, terms, and conditions can be obtained from the undersigned upon written request along with a payment of PKR 5,000 cash. A bid security of 2% of the quoted price must be deposited in the form of a Pay Order in favor of the Drawing and Disbursing Officer (DDO), Federal Medical College, Islamabad. The scanned copy of the bid security must be uploaded on EPADS 2.0, and the original Pay Order must be presented at the time of bid opening. Tender documents will only be accepted through EPADS 2.0 by 14-10-2026 at 11:00 AM. Manual bids will not be accepted. The tender opening will take place on the same day at 11:30 AM in the Conference Room of Federal Medical College, in the presence of available bidders or their representatives. Federal Medical College reserves the right to accept, cancel, or reject any or all proposals as per Rule 33 of PPRA Rules, 2004. Bidders are advised to ensure timely submission through EPADS and to carefully prepare their technical and financial bids to avoid disqualification. Familiarity with the EPADS portal and adherence to the bid security requirements will enhance the chances of successful participation.
