Establishment of Research and Development Centre to Promote Soft Image of Pakistan through Cultural Heritage

The tender requires submission of electronic bids via EPADS by July 16, 2026, till 1100 HRS, with technical bids opening the same day at 1200 HRS. An earnest money deposit of 2% of the bid value in the form of CDR or pay order is mandatory, payable to the Director General DOAM Islamabad.
