Establishment of Road Maintenance Squad with Asphalt Plant and Machinery in Gujrat

Municipal Corporation Gujrat invites tenders for the establishment of a Road Maintenance Squad including Asphalt Plant and Machinery for the financial year 2025-26. The procurement is for the city of Gujrat under the supervision of the Municipal Corporation Gujrat. Items being procured: - Establishment of Road Maintenance Squad - Asphalt Plant - Machinery The scope includes setting up a fully functional road maintenance team equipped with an asphalt plant and necessary machinery to ensure timely and quality road repairs and maintenance across Gujrat. Firms must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and EP-Punjab as per Government of Punjab directions. Bidders must submit their bids through the EP-Punjab portal using a single stage single envelope bidding procedure. Manual bids will not be accepted. Earnest money of 5% of the estimated cost is required in the form of CDR. Bidders uploading CDR for more than one scheme will be disqualified. The lowest bidder with a bid 5% or more below the estimated cost must deposit additional performance security as CDR. The bid submission deadline is 13-10-2026 at 11:00 AM, with bid opening at 11:30 AM on the same day at the office of the Municipal Officer (Inf) Municipal Corporation Gujrat. Bidders or their representatives may attend the opening. No telephonic or conditional tenders will be entertained. Firms are responsible for all applicable taxes at the time of payment release. Current PPRA rules apply strictly. In case of official holidays on the bid opening date, the opening will be held on the next working day.
