Establishment of 10 Shade Tunnel Farming in Aghbargh, Quetta PSDP 2026-27

The Deputy Director Agriculture On Farm Water Management Quetta invites sealed tenders/bids for execution of various development works under the PSDP 2026-27 scheme from eligible contractors and firms. The scope includes all necessary materials and labor to complete the farming tunnels as per specifications. Bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in category C-4 or above, with specialized codes CE10(i) for General Civil Engineering Works and EE11(vi) for Solar Installation. Firms must have completed at least two assignments of similar nature with a turnover of at least PKR 69,651,864 in one of the previous years, demonstrating financial capacity. Active Tax Payer List presence and registration with Pakistan Balochistan Revenue Authority is mandatory. Audit reports and balance sheets for FY 2023-24, 2024-25, and 2025-26 must be submitted. Tender participation fee is to be deposited in National Bank of Pakistan through EPPS generated challan. The tender documents can be obtained and viewed electronically at www.bppra.gob.pk.
