Punjab Small Industries Corporation invites experienced firms and contractors for the establishment of Small Industries Estate, QuaidAbad Group-1 in Lahore. This procurement is conducted through the Punjab E-tendering system under the Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure. Items being procured: - Establishment of Small Industries Estate, QuaidAbad Group-1 The project involves large-scale civil works for the development of the estate. Interested firms must have valid registration with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in category C-B or above for the relevant specialization. Firms must also be legally registered entities with SECP or government organizations and must not have been blacklisted by the Punjab Small Industries Corporation. Applicants are advised to register immediately on the Punjab e-Procurement system for participation. Submission on the portal is the responsibility of the applicant. Judicial undertakings confirming the correctness of information are required. Bid validity is 180 days from submission.
