Tender Description
The District and Sessions Judge Abbottabad is procuring IT equipment and office stationery items for the establishment of Virtual Courts, Virtual Access Point (VAP), and general office use. This procurement is specifically for the office located in Abbottabad, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The scope includes supply of IT hardware and various stationery items necessary to support the virtual court infrastructure and daily administrative functions.
Bidders must be original manufacturers or suppliers registered under the Sales Tax Act and listed with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR). Active taxpayers with valid registration under the Sales and Income Tax Department are eligible to participate. The procurement requires submission of Earnest Money or Bid Security amounting to 2% of the quoted value in the form of a Bank Draft or Pay Order favoring the District and Sessions Judge Abbottabad. Cross cheques, banker’s cheques, or bids without Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) will not be entertained.
The sealed bids must be submitted by 20th May 2026 at 10:00 AM, with bid opening scheduled the same day at 10:30 AM in the conference hall of the District and Sessions Courts Abbottabad. Bidders or their authorized representatives are welcome to attend the opening. The tendering process will be conducted through the Electronic Procurement and Disposal System (EPADS). Bidding documents including terms, conditions, and specifications can be downloaded from the official Abbottabad High Court website or the KP e-procurement portal. Alternatively, documents may be obtained from the office of the District and Sessions Judge Abbottabad upon submission of a firm’s letterhead application.
Incomplete, ambiguous, or conditional bids will be rejected. Bids can be submitted by post or delivered in person to the office of the District and Sessions Judge Abbottabad. The competent authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids under the KP Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (KPPRA) rules.
A practical tip for bidders is to ensure the Earnest Money is submitted strictly as a Bank Draft or Pay Order and not as a cheque, as non-compliance will lead to disqualification. Also, carefully review the bidding documents for technical and financial bid requirements to avoid rejection due to incomplete submissions.
