Punjab Cattle Market Management & Development Company-PCMMDC Lahore division invites bids for hiring event management and arrangement services for the Punjab Cattle Show & Family Gala 2026. This procurement is under the Single Stage-Two Envelope Bidding Procedure through the Punjab e-Procurement System (eP) portal. Interested bidders must submit technical and financial bids online by or before 11:00 A.M. on October 19, 2026. Items being procured: - Hiring of Event Management and Arrangement Services for Punjab Cattle Show and Family Gala 2026 The scope includes comprehensive event management and arrangement services for the gala organized by PCMMDC Lahore Division at Model Cattle Market Admin Block, 18-Km Main Multan Road, Lahore. Bidders must be registered companies/firms or persons with valid NTN and registration certificates. Technical proposals will be opened on the same day at 11:30 A.M. in the presence of the procurement committee and authorized representatives. Financial proposals of technically qualified bidders will be opened on a later date to be announced. A 2% bid security of the estimated cost amounting to Rs. 900,000 must be submitted digitally via Pay Order or Bank Guarantee. Incomplete proposals or those without valid registration certificates will be rejected. The bid validity period is 90 days from the last submission date. Procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per PPRA rules. Approval of budget is mandatory before commencement of work or procurement of items/services.
