The Directorate General Public Relations (Air Force), Air Headquarters Islamabad, is procuring comprehensive event management services for the fiscal year 2026–27. This procurement covers a wide range of national-level initiatives including the Defence Day Show titled 'Mujahideen-e-Aflak Ko Salam', a publicity campaign on social media platforms, stall arrangement and static aircraft display at IDEAS 2026–27, production of promos and videos, and coverage of squash, winter sports, and marathon events. The scope includes creative conceptualization, stage and AV setup, scriptwriting, multi-camera coverage including drone footage, digital content creation, paid media campaigns, and on-site event management with strict adherence to security protocols. Eligible bidders must be registered legal entities in Pakistan with valid NTN and GST registrations, active on the FBR ATL, and have at least five years of verifiable experience in event management, media production, or social media campaigning. Experience with public, defence, or semi-government organizations is essential, along with the ability to secure staff clearances for sensitive locations. Joint ventures are permitted with a designated lead member. The bid submission requires a technical proposal and a separate financial proposal, with a bid security of 2% of the total financial bid in the form of a CDR or pay order. The deadline for submission is **7 July 2024 at 23:59:59**, with bids to be delivered in person or by courier to the Director Public Relations at Air Headquarters, Sector E-9, Islamabad. Technical proposals will be opened first, and only those meeting a minimum technical score of 70% will have their financial proposals opened.
