Tender Description

The Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO) invites bids for excavation of trenches, supply of 1st class burnt bricks, supply of sand free of dust (coarse), road gate path crossing for laying of HT/LT underground cables, and construction of transformer plinths for external electrification in Sub Sector G-14/2 Islamabad Part-IV. This project is to be executed under the jurisdiction of the Construction Division IESCO Islamabad according to WAPDA/IESCO SDI specifications. The tender is specifically for contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in specialized categories EE-04, EE-05, CE-10, renewed up to 30th June 2026. Firms must be prequalified by Chief Engineer NTDCL Lahore and registered with FBR having NTN, GST, and Punjab Revenue Authority (PRA) active status. The bid price must include all applicable taxes including Income Tax, GST, and ICT/PRA taxes as applicable. Financial capacity, experience in similar works with DISCOs or government/semi-government/autonomous bodies, and audited financial statements for the last three years are mandatory. JV participation is allowed with strict conditions including joint bank accounts and notarized agreements. The tender process is conducted through E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS 2.0) portal. Earnest Money in shape of CDR/Pay Order/Bank Guarantee of 2% of BOQ cost is required. The successful bidder will be liable to carry out the work as per WAPDA/IESCO specifications and drawings. The submission deadline is 17th July 2026 at 09:30 AM with technical bid opening at 10:00 AM the same day at IESCO Head Office Islamabad. Bidders are advised to carefully upload all mandatory documents on EPADS and ensure compliance with all terms to avoid disqualification.
