Execution of Composite Schedule Works at Shamshan Ghat Hindu Mohalla & Church Dhahr Kachhi

The Local Government and R&D District Kachhi invites eligible bidders for execution of composite schedule works for the year 2026 based on percentage rates. The works include: - TUFF Tiles Solar Street Lights - Boundary Wall Renovation/Rehabilitation - Additional Work at Shamshan Ghat Hindu Mohalla & Church Dhahr Kachhi Procurements will be conducted under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014. Bidders must be present in the Active Tax Payer List and not blacklisted by Pakistan Balochistan Revenue Authority. Registration is mandatory. The bidder must have completed 2 assignments of similar nature with a turnover of at least 16,800,000 PKR in the last 2 years demonstrating financial capacity. The procedure is Single Stage One Envelope Bidding. Bid Security must be submitted as Bank Guarantee or Deposit at Call of 2% in the name of the undersigned from a scheduled bank. Tender documents can be obtained from the undersigned office upon payment of 2,000 PKR from publication date until 21 September 2026 during office hours. The last date for bid submission is 21 September 2026 by 09:00 AM. Tender opening will be on the same day at 10:00 AM at the office of the undersigned.
