The Saddar CW PP & H Department District Quetta invites eligible bidders for the execution of the Mini Sports Complex Kharotabad works for the year 2026 based on composite schedule rates 2023 on percentage rates. Items being procured: - Mini Sports Complex Kharotabad The procurement will be conducted under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014. Bidders must be present in the Active Tax Payer List and not blacklisted by any procuring agency of Pakistan Balochistan Revenue Authority. Registration is mandatory. The bidder must have completed 3 assignments of similar nature with a turnover of at least PKR 150,490,261 in the last 3 years, demonstrating financial capacity. At least 3 similar projects must have been completed with costs not less than 75% of the estimated cost during the last 5 years. Bidders must provide affidavits confirming no conflict of interest, no blacklisting, no major litigation, no nonperformance in the last 5 years, and no failure to sign contract CDR and Green Challan. The procedure of procurement is Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding. Bid security must accompany the bid in the form of Bank Guarantee or Deposit at Call of 2% in the name of the undersigned from a scheduled bank.
