Execution of Smaller Special Repair Works in IESCO Region

Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO) invites sealed bids from contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council and renewed for the year 2026-27. The procurement follows a Single Stage - Single Envelope Bidding procedure under National Competitive Bidding (NCB) in accordance with PPRA Rules. Contractors must be registered with PEC for the year 2026-27 with at least Category C-6 and Specialization Code of CE-10. Bidders must provide bid security in the form of pay order or CDR in favor of Executive Engineer Civil Division IESCO. Electronic bidding documents are available on E-PADS 2.0 and IESCO website. Performance certificates, financial audit reports, and active registration certificates from PRA and FBR are mandatory. Bid submission deadline is **21.09.2026 at 11:00 AM** with bid opening at 11:30 AM the same day. Bids must be submitted electronically via E-PADS portal. Earnest money of 4% of estimated cost is required. The successful bidder will produce 10% contract price as performance security before contract signing.
