Exhibition Booth Construction Services for Pakistani Exhibitors at MAGIC Las Vegas 2026

The Trade Development Authority of Pakistan (TDAP), in collaboration with the Ministry of Commerce, invites qualified firms to provide exhibition booth construction services for Pakistani exhibitors participating in the MAGIC Las Vegas 2026 event. This event will be held from 10th to 12th August 2026 at the Las Vegas Convention Center, USA. The procurement is managed through the Consulate General of Pakistan in Houston, Texas, reflecting the importance of showcasing Pakistan's products on an international platform. Items being procured: - Complete customized shell scheme for 40 exhibitors - 10x10 ft booths - Perforated hardback and side walls - 1 Table and 3 Chairs per booth - One counter glass showcase - 4 Track lights - Company Name ID and Logo on Counter Front - Waste bin - Carpet - 4 Hanging Rods - 4 Shelves - 100 Hooks - 70 Top Hangers - 30 Bottom Hangers - Electricity supply - Backlight Fascia - Graphics on panel and branding of Pakistan - Cleaning services - Installation and dismantling of booths with one-time cleaning - Material handling and labor included The technical scope requires compliance with all safety and related regulations of the Las Vegas Convention Center. The contractor must manage the entire booth construction and related services for the three-day event, ensuring high-quality workmanship and timely delivery. The bidder must have at least three years of experience in exhibition management, preferably with international affiliations and prior experience in the USA. Financial strength and a detailed work plan conforming to the tender requirements are mandatory. The procurement follows a Single Stage One Envelope procedure, requiring submission of both technical and financial proposals in one sealed envelope. Bidders must submit their sealed bids by 24th July 2026 at noon CST to the Consulate General of Pakistan, Houston, at 11850 Jones Road, Zip Code 77070, or via email pakcom.hus@tdap.gov.pk. Technical proposals will be opened the same day at 1:00 PM CST. Earnest Money is replaced by a Bid-Securing Declaration form attached to the bidding documents. The lowest evaluated bidder meeting all technical criteria will be awarded the contract. Payment will be made in US Dollars within 20 days after successful completion of the event.
