Procurement of Expendable Items of Tk - Gas Cutting Torch (Complete Set) with 4 Items

Heavy Industries Taxila invites sealed bids from eligible manufacturers, authorized dealers, distributors, suppliers, or firms possessing valid National Tax Number (NTN) and Sales Tax Registration where applicable. The procurement is for expendable items related to Tk - Gas Cutting Torch complete set including 4 specific items as per annexure A. Items being procured: - Expendable Items of Tk - Gas Cutting Torch (Complete Set) with 4 x Items The procurement will be conducted under the rules of PPRA and MoDP. The scope includes supply of expendable consumables for gas cutting torches used in industrial applications at Heavy Industries Taxila. Bidders must ensure compliance with technical specifications and quality standards as per the tender documents available on the PPRA website. Eligibility criteria require valid registration or pre-qualification letters issued by HIT, DGP, MoDP, Government or Semi-Government organizations. Additionally, attested copies of Sales Tax registration, NTN certificate, audit reports for last 3 financial years, bank statements, CNIC of CEO/Director, and trade links with OEMs must be submitted. A judicial certificate worth Rs 100 attested by Oath Commissioner confirming no blacklisting or suspension is mandatory. A postal order of Rs 2000 must be enclosed with the Technical Bid in favor of Director Supply Chain Management Directorate (SCM), HIT Taxila. The last date for collection of tender documents is 31 August 2026, with submission deadline at 10:30 AM and bid opening at 11:00 AM on the same day.
