Exploration of New Drilling Points in Limestone Aquifer Chashma Achozai & Baleli, New Bypass Road Kuchlak, Quetta

The Public Health Engineering Division Quetta invites eligible bidders for the execution of exploration works for new drilling points in the limestone aquifer at Chashma Achozai and Baleli, located near the New Bypass Road Kuchlak, Quetta. This tender is for the fiscal year 2026 and is based on composite schedule rates 2023 on percentage rates. Items being procured: - Exploration of New Drilling Points in Limestone Aquifer Chashma Achozai & Baleli, New Bypass Road Kuchlak, Quetta The scope includes detailed drilling and installation of deep tube wells with bore depths of at least 1,000 feet, including hard-rock and limestone formations, and pumping machinery. The project requires expertise in water supply transmission main and pipeline projects using HDPE or DI pipes with diameters of 300 mm or more, including valves and specials. The bidder must have completed similar assignments with a turnover of at least PKR 200 million in the last years and must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in category C-2 or above, with specialized codes CE02(i) for Bridge Structures, CE04(ii) for Irrigation & Flood Control Systems, and CE04(v) for Irrigation only. Eligibility criteria include presence on the Active Taxpayer List, no blacklisting by any procuring agency, and submission of an affidavit confirming no conflict of interest or litigation in the last five years. Bid security of 3% in the form of a bank guarantee or deposit at call is mandatory. Tender documents can be obtained electronically from www.bppra.gob.pk.
