Expression of Interest for Establishment of High Quality Modern Kiosk Small Container Coffee Outlet Café at Paddle Court Lahore

Nawaz Sharif Center of Excellence for Early Childhood Education (NSCE-ECE) Lahore invites Expression of Interest (EoI) from technically competent and financially sound firms/operators with relevant experience in managing renowned and famous café/coffee outlets preferably in Lahore. The purpose is to establish a high-quality, compact, modern kiosk or small container coffee outlet/café at the Paddle Court site in an open area at 4-Shahrah-e-Aiwan-e-Tijarat, Lahore. This outlet aims to offer a premium, healthy-option menu and quick, courteous service to players and visitors, enhancing their experience and increasing dwell time. Items being procured: - Establishment of high quality modern kiosk - Small container coffee outlet - Café for the Paddle Court The scope includes professional management, operation, and establishment of the coffee outlet/café with a focus on healthy drinks and snacks. Interested firms with experience operating renowned coffee outlets may download the detailed EoI document including scope, eligibility, and qualification criteria from the official websites: nscoe.edu.pk, ppra.punjab.gov.pk, and eproc.punjab.gov.pk. Expressions of Interest must be submitted electronically via the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System by 31st August 2026 at 1100 hours. The EoI proposals remain valid for 120 days from submission. NSCE-ECE reserves the right to reject any or all proposals as per Rule-35 of Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014.
