Expression of Interest for National Hub of Excellence for Mental Health Education, Research, Training, Advocacy, Services, and Policy Innovation

The Ministry of National Health Services, Regulations & Coordination (M/o NHSR&C), Government of Pakistan, invites Expressions of Interest (EOIs) from well-reputed, legally registered, and experienced institutions for selection as the Host Institution to establish, operate, and sustain the National Hub of Excellence for Mental Health Education, Research, Training, Advocacy, Services, and Policy Innovation in Islamabad. Items being procured: - Selection of Host Institution for the National Hub of Excellence for Mental Health Education - Research - Training - Advocacy - Services - Policy Innovation Eligible applicants may include Public or Private Universities, Teaching Hospitals, Mental Health Institutes, Research Institutions, Section 42 Companies, Registered Societies, Trusts, Foundations, and other legally registered entities in Pakistan with demonstrated experience and institutional capacity in mental health education, research, policy development, training, advocacy, and service delivery. The complete EOI document, containing eligibility criteria, evaluation methodology, scope of services, and submission requirements, may be downloaded free of cost from the Ministry of National Health Services website www.nhsrc.gov.pk, Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) website www.ppra.org.pk, and the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (e-PADS) portal www.eprocure.gov.pk. Interested applicants shall submit their EOIs electronically through e-PADS only. Manual submissions shall not be accepted. Submission Deadline is 20 days after publishing of this advertisement. The Ministry reserves the right to accept or reject any or all EOIs, or to cancel the selection process at any stage, in accordance with the provisions of the Public Procurement Rules, 2004.
