Expression of Interest for Pre-Qualification 2026 for Training Service Providers in Multiple Priority Sectors

The National Vocational and Technical Training Commission (NAVTTC), operating under the Ministry of Federal Education & Professional Training, Government of Pakistan, invites Expressions of Interest (EOIs) for pre-qualification of training service providers for the year 2026. This notice is a date extension for interested technically competent and financially sound public and private Technical and Vocational Training Institutes, universities, small and medium enterprises, and entities to deliver specialized training programs in multiple priority sectors under the Prime Minister's Youth Program (PMYSDP). Eligible institutes are encouraged to apply. Items being procured: - Agriculture & Livestock Sector - Allied Services Sector (Aesthetics, Health Care & Services) - Banking & Finance Sector - Construction, Electrical, and Energy Sector - Ready Driving Skills (LTV, HTV & HMO Driving) Sector - Hospitality & Tourism Sector - Manufacturing and Textile Sector - Mining & Minerals Sector - Languages Sector - Green Energy Sector The training programs are free and must lead to internationally recognized certifications. Applying institutes must have infrastructure and facilities as prescribed under NAVTTC's notified qualifications, duly uploaded on the NAVTTC website. Institutes affiliated or accredited with international bodies will be preferred. Provision of biometric machines and CCTV cameras with IP links is mandatory. Only NAVTTC registered institutes will be entertained, and no joint ventures are allowed. Each institute can apply for only one sector; if applying for more than one, it must have the relevant infrastructure for each sector.
