Expression of Interest for Development of Regional Languages Textbooks Grade 11 and 12 by Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Textbook Board Peshawar

The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Textbook Board, Peshawar invites Expressions of Interest (EOIs) from national publishers, individuals, authors, and groups of authors for the development of regional languages textbooks for Grade 11 and 12 based on the Curriculum 2013 notified by the Directorate of Curriculum & Teacher Education (DCTE), Abbottabad, under the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Textbooks and Learning Materials Policy (KPTLM), 2017. Items being procured: - Seraiki - Grade 11 (Academic Year 2027-28) - Seraiki - Grade 12 (Academic Year 2028-29) - Khowar - Grade 11 (Academic Year 2027-28) - Khowar - Grade 12 (Academic Year 2028-29) The scope includes development of textbooks in regional languages strictly following the Curriculum 2013 guidelines and KPTLM Policy 2017. Interested developers must have proven experience and technical capacity in textbook development and production. Applications are invited from registered national publishing firms, individuals, or groups of authors with valid Income Tax registration. The prequalification documents are free of cost and can be collected from the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Textbook Board office during working hours or downloaded from https://tbb.kp.gov.pk. Complete EOIs must be submitted to the office of the Secretary, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Textbook Board, Peshawar by or before the deadline of 28-09-2026. Late submissions will not be entertained. The Board reserves the right to accept or reject any or all EOIs at any stage, following applicable rules and regulations. Qualified publishers/developers will bear all expenses related to manuscript development, submission, and reviews as per approved rates.
