Expression of Interest for Training Service Providers in Multiple Priority Sectors 2026

The National Vocational And Technical Training Commission (NAVTTC), under the Ministry of Federal Education & Professional Training, Government of Pakistan, invites Expressions of Interest (EOIs) from technically competent and financially sound public and private Technical and Vocational Training Institutes, universities, small and medium enterprises, and entities to deliver specialized training programs in multiple priority sectors for the year 2026. These free training programs are offered under the Prime Minister's Youth Program (PMYSDP) and must lead to internationally recognized certifications. Eligible institutes are encouraged to apply. Items being procured: - Agriculture & Livestock Sector - Allied Services Sector (Aesthetics, Health Care & Services) - Banking & Finance Sector - Construction, Electrical, and Energy Sector - Ready Driving Skills (LTV, HTV & HMO Driving) Sector - Hospitality & Tourism Sector - Manufacturing and Textile Sector - Mining & Minerals Sector - Languages Sector - Green Energy Sector The technical scope includes providing training in the above sectors with the required infrastructure and facilities as prescribed under NAVTTC's notified qualifications. Institutes must have the relevant infrastructure for each sector they apply for. Only one sector application per institute is allowed unless the institute has infrastructure for multiple sectors. Eligibility criteria include no joint ventures allowed, only NAVTTC registered institutes will be entertained, preference for institutes affiliated or accredited with international bodies, and mandatory provision of biometric machines and CCTV cameras with IP links.
