Expression of Interest for Vehicles on Rental Basis (Taxi Service) for MSF Operations

Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) Pakistan, Dera Murad Jamali Office, invites expressions of interest from eligible transport service providers for the provision of vehicles on rental basis (Taxi Service) for MSF operations. The service covers local and intercity travel from Dera Murad Jamali, including routes to Islamabad, Karachi, Quetta, Larkana, Sibi, Sukkur, Usta Muhammad, Jacobabad, Dera Allah Yar, Kuchlak, Chaman, Manjho Shori and other destinations as required. Proposed vehicles must be Toyota Corolla, model years 2017 to onward, and meet MSF inspection and safety requirements. Items being procured: - Vehicles on rental basis (Taxi Service), Toyota Corolla model 2017 onward Interested service providers must submit: - A written request or expression of interest letter with provider's name, permanent address, and contact number - Legal status documents including CNIC and ownership papers - Details of comparable rental taxi or transport services delivered for three years with supporting contracts, completion certificates or client references - Copies of income tax and sales tax registration certificates where applicable - Vehicle details including make, model, year, registration number, copies of valid registration, road tax, insurance documents, and valid driving licenses for proposed drivers Submit these documents in a sealed envelope to the address below or by email from 1st to 6th October 2026.
