Extension of NGT – Construction of Cafeteria and Mosque

The National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA), Islamabad, invites e-bids from firms or contractors duly registered with PEC (C2 and above) for the construction of Extension of NGT – Construction of Cafeteria and Mosque at the site location in Islamabad. The firms must be on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) of the Federal Board of Revenue and registered on the EPADS portal. The successful firm will be responsible for ensuring an after-sales service facility for the delivered and installed system at the site. Items being procured: - Extension of NGT – Construction of Cafeteria - Extension of NGT – Construction of Mosque Bidders are required to register and submit their bids online at https://epads.gov.pk. Electronic bids must be prepared in accordance with the bidding documents and submitted through EPADS v2.0 on or before 1100 hours dated October 2, 2026 (Friday). All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security as specified in the bid-data sheet. Additionally, the original bid security along with a hard copy of the bidding documents must be delivered to the address below on or before the bid submission deadline. Electronic bids will be opened through EPADS at 1130 hours on the same day in the presence of bidders' representatives who choose to attend the bid opening at NDMA Headquarters Islamabad. Eligibility criteria include PEC registration category C2 or above, ATL registration, and compliance with bid security requirements. Firms should ensure timely registration on EPADS and submission of all required documents to avoid disqualification.
